The chicken was dry (took chicken out of the freezer, as we were waiting for our food), Croquettes without ham is not Croquettes. God knows what kind of oil was used, but my girlfriend got diarrhea and I got hives. Seems like all they care about it making profit. That’s is not how restaurant business works. Don’t bring your narrow minded thinking to Basque. What you did is spoil the vibe of others who are visiting Sopela with high hopes. Old rice, old felafel, old samosas. I didn’t want to say this in front of them because they were having a fight in the kitchen over whether or not they should’ve used fresh foods/meats. But here I can be honest. GIVE ME REFUND AND I WILL REMOVE THIS COMMENT.
