La Casa Trattoria — Restaurant in Tías

My husband,two friends and I have just been in the restaurant and we ordered what we thought was T Bone stake x3 and a pizza. Our steaks was actually rib eye steak when you advertise T Bone both on the menu and bill board outside I don’t mind paying the correct price for the correct steak but you are obviously not been honest to your paying customers and I don’t take kindly to this you staff are very nice and can’t do enough for you but I’m certain that they are not involved in your dishonesty I would not eat at your restaurant again and as I am on holiday I’m not sure how to report this to the right people but will try and make enquiries from a very disappointed honest customer you don’t...

6 Adults and 3 children in our party, 2 of our meals were very bland, 1 beef lasagna overcooked to the point it was bone dry and the sheets of pasta were turned up at the corners.

Some of the meals including my wife salad were very nice.

Its just hit and miss !

They did offer to get me another lasagna, but I declined, they then proceeded to charge me for it as well, with no apology!

This was the most expensive place we had eaten this week, with the worst food !

You definitely won't get me back in there and the customer service isn't up to much.

I will say the staff seem very nice and the atmosphere is ok.

Personally I would keep walking past, but you might just get lucky...

Most disappointing meal out! Food was bland and unseasoned. When lasagne was sent back for more tomato sauce, it came back just as tasteless and bland. Seafood spaghetti was in a curry sauce as opposed to a tomato sauce, the turmeric flavour was very strong. This is not Italian cooking!! So, so disappointing for a restaurant that was, two years ago, so nice. Service was shocking! There were three standing outside and three more behind the counter but we still had to look for service.
