Buggy Volcano Road trip (excursions center H2O) — Attraction in Tías

We were a group of 12 and booked the Volcano Road Tripn, with up to 4 persons per buggy.

Make sure to wear warm clothes, as you can reach speeds of up to 90 km/h in the buggy, and the wind can be quite strong. If you're not prepared, they can lend you jackets and glasses for free.

Myself and my husband done the Volcano crater and Los Greitas stop off. Guided tour of groups up to 5 buggies, met at the serenity restaurant. The tour guide Angel I think his name was super friendly and shared loads of knowledge of the area. He spared time to make sure he chatted to each person. 20 minute walk to the inside the crater. Buggies were great and got to see alot of the island that we never got to see before. We will definitely book again to do another activity with this company...

Trato correcto por parte de la organización pero justo en el día de la excursión te dicen que cambian el itinerario, si nos parecía bien, porque ya no se puede aparcar cerca de la grietas así que accedimos sin poner ningún problema. Mi experiencia personal es la siguiente: los vehículos no me han proporcionado ninguna experiencia que no me pueda dar mi vehículo bajando las ventanillas y con la ventaja de que no te da el viento en la cara. Los buggies no van por ningún sitio por el que no puedas ir con cualquier vehículo personal, no hay ninguna explicación durante el trayecto ( que es donde pasas 3/4 partes de tiempo). Fuimos a ver un volcán, que repito, uno puede llegar con el vehículo propio mas rápido y cómodamente y un centro de turistas del Timanfaya que no tiene nada mas que 5 minutos de una presentación pero que personalmente de haber sabido lo que era me lo habría ahorrado. Pero lo que me ha parecido un detalle muy feo y de poquísimo profesionalismo es el hecho de que de camino a las oficinas de la empresa para terminar la excursión nos pararon a los 5-6 buggies para que nos echaran gasolina para ya tenerlos listos, supongo, para el próximo día y así no perder ellos su tiempo pero sí hacernos perder el nuestro en una gasolinera después de una experiencia poco...
