Masala Fusion — Restaurant in Tías

This is a newish restaurant in a nice location set back from the road with dining both inside and outside on a terrace, unfortunately there are no great views. Average prices but large portions. Excellent service including a free popadom on arrival and a complimentary brandy with the bill. I had the Onion Bhaji starter which was not the best I have had but was very good. For the main course I had Chicken Karahi with Garlic Rice, the Karahi sauce was one of the best I have ever tasted but unfortunately the chicken was in ltlle chunks and was a little dry and chewy. Came to Lanzarote on holiday and visited three different Indian restaurants in the week - Mumbai Masala, Tamasha and Masala Fusion. I loved all three but was absolutely blown away by the portion size at Masala Fusion. I ordered a chicken panjabi, pilau rice and onion naan and enjoyed every last mouthful. I highly recommend the chicken panjabi. The waitress - Amani - and waiter - Suki - were so friendly, kind and attentive. Absolutely amazing Indian food second to none. The Starters we had were Chicken puree and Chicken Chaat both excellent and full of flavour 👌. For main course we had Chicken Rogan Josh (madras hot) which was cooked to my Girlfriends required heat. I had Chicken Vindaloo which was both hot as requested and full of flavour. The rice was cooked well and the peshwari nan was cooked to perfection light, fluffy and a perfect flavour and sweetness.
