Rude staff. Was sat with my dad and grandad who were having a drink and watching the match when me and my sister were told we had to buy a drink or we had to leave, bearing in mind they had bought drinks. We were then forced to get water, which we didn’t drink- utter greed for money. The rest of the time we remained here we felt uncomfortable with the workers staring at us. Then when the match had finished and many people were beginning to leave however we wanted to watch the interviews, they then very rudely turned the volume of the TVS all the way down so we couldn’t hear a thing. Very kindly of my grandad he still left a tip which we now regret as these workers are selfish and greedy for money. If you are a Newcastle fan I hirely recommend you don’t go here, clearly they were salty that the club they supported didn’t win the match. And we wondered why the bar was empty a lot...

The restaurant wasn't bad but the food wasn't as good as the reviews have it hyped to be. I ordered a breakfast roll and my boyfriend ordered the english breakfast which were ok. My smoothie was good but my boyfriends strawberry milkshake was warm and more like strawberry milk. We sat outside to enjoy the sun but unfortunately there were smokers everywhere which gave us both a massive headache and ruined our breakfast. We thought of relocating inside but there was a British couple with a really annoying and screaming child so we stayed outside. Would be great if smoking was limited to just one side of the balcony or banned on the premises but the restaurant can't help that which is...

This place was rubbish, called in for food and had the days special chicken potatoes and veg. The potatoes where frozen roast potatoes but the veg was fresh. My complaint was the portion was small only 3 sprouts and few carrots on the plate also thought it came with mash which it didnt. However the main problem being it was cold. I returned it to the bar and politely asked if they could microwave it for me . They brought it back to me and i have to say it was no warmer. I can only assume the microwave broke or they forgot to switch it on. Worst food I have had and I would avoid eating here at all as there are plenty of better places to eat...
