I have stayed at Bella vista apartments on multiple occasions and stayed im various apartments during 2024-2025. It is an ideal location to holiday in Puerto del Carmen! During each stay, the communication with the host Kimberly has been amazing who made the check in process very easy! The apartments are very easy to locate! Less than 30 second walk from Kalma café (in Puerto del Carmen old town). The apartments themselves are lovely and clean, with comfy beds and cosy vibes in each apartment. Apartment complex in very safe and the maintenance/cleaning staff are friendly and helpful. Alway arrive to ‘welcome treats’ like water/ pastries/tea and coffee etc. which hasn’t gone unnoticed, thank you! Fully equipped kitchen, sitting room , and tv with good WiFi. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Bella Vista in Feb 2025. Kimberly, the host, was so helpful and was always contactable by phone. The apartment was spotless clean and very cosy and comfy. There were added bonuses of some tea, coffee, water and other extras in the apartment which I was so grateful for after landing quite late at night. The location is perfect, and the complex is very secure which is a key point for me as a solo traveller. I will definitely be back to stay in Bella Vista...
