We reserved the place for New Year Eve for a big group (around 40 people) and when we went there it was a mess. We have ended up to leave the place without eating. The worst was that I have been asked for a plate never arrived being accused I did not want to pay it after patiently waiting 2 hours without eating.
That said: this review is mainly for the owner of the restaurant The biggest issue was clearly poor planning on the part of the management. There was only one overwhelmed waiter, a single cook, and a cook assistant to handle a crowd of 40+ people. This was completely unacceptable, especially on a night like New Year's Eve.
While this ruined our evening, I felt even worse for the staff, who were clearly overworked and stressed to their limits. The fault here lies squarely with the owner, who tried to cut costs at the expense of both the customersâ experience and the well-being of the employees.
