The room itself is small, warm, and quietly elegant — the sort of place that embraces you after a long day. I had two weary, hungry children in tow, ready to surrender to sleep, but the staff rose beautifully to the moment. With rare empathy and patience, they turned what could have been a fraught evening into one of ease. Victor, in particular, worked small wonders with the little ones, calming and entertaining them as though it were the most natural thing in the world.
And that was merely the service. The food itself was exquisite: thoughtful, unhurried, and deeply satisfying, offered at prices that felt more than fair. A local white wine carried the island’s character in every sip, and dessert was a gentle finale.
