As other recent reviews mentioned the service is incredibly rude. When I asked if they have capuccino they simply said no and turned away. Ordered espresso instead, it tasted horrible (what you would expect from a coffee vending machine) and came in a styrofoam cup. I also ordered a scoop of ice cream, when I paid the seller simply waved their hand hurriedly towards the ice cream display so I choose flavour as if I'm holding up a huge queue, believe me there was noone else interested. Should have known better given the cafe next door was full. The tables were also sticky and dirty which is surprising given there seemed to be no other clients... WOW !!! Everything wrong, all tables are dirty, but all tables are empty, I order a leche leche largo and it comes in a non environmentally friendly take away cup, and when I asked them for a glass I got a simple NO… service is terrible, walk past me twice and didn’t acknowledge, the “dulce’s” (food) are all stale, bees everywhere and they don’t seem to want to sort this problem, I am allergic… I sat on a dirty table outside listening to construction grinding tools… I DO...

Muy descontenta respecto al comportamiento de uno de los dependientes de su establecimiento. Entramos a la tienda y mi hijo preguntó si tenían dulces sin azúcar. En lugar de recibir una respuesta amable o informativa, el dependiente reaccionó riéndose del niño, lo cual me pareció inapropiado y poco profesional. Quiero señalar que actualmente existe una gran variedad de productos de confitería elaborados con edulcorantes en lugar de azúcar. Estos productos son cada vez más comunes y están diseñados para satisfacer las necesidades de personas con dietas específicas, como diabéticos o aquellos que desean reducir su consumo de azúcar.
