Mi balconcito — Restaurant in Teror

The staff was very nice, but we asked for a tap beer and got a bottled one(nobody told us tap is broken). We waited 80minutes for the food and they got our order wrong, so they started offering the cuban rice w meat sausages to other tables. Due to the error we got some rice with ketchup and a vegan sausage, we did not even get the bread like all the other tables got with the rice 🥲 we waited so loooong and it was very, anti climatic. Nice location tho and staff, however if you want to eat we would suggest you wait for a spot at the restaurant next door. Waited 45 min for the food which in the end they did not have all of what we ordered . Got dirty wine glass with hair and stones inside . When we told them the waitress took the same wine and poured it to another glass . Ofc I did not drink that wine . Later (after 20 min ) they came out with a new glass which ironically asked me to inspect and poured new wine . The food was mediocre. Mi Balconcito in Teror offers a wonderfully authentic experience. The ambiance felt genuinely local, which was a refreshing change from the usual tourist-heavy spots. The restaurant had plenty of locals, which really added to the charm. Lorenzo, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful, especially when guiding us through the Spanish menu.
