Let's start with the Patatas Bravas, which turned out to be limp fries drowning in what seemed like warm ketchup—talk about gourmet deception. The steak, advertised as a prime cut, arrived resembling a raw ball of fat along side a sauce that could have been excreted straight from a can labeled "vaguely pepper ish."

And don't even get me started on their "famous" rotisserie chicken. The photos on the menu depicted succulent, golden birds turning on a spit, but what arrived was a sad, desiccated carcass that seemed to have been roasted back when Spain was still under dictatorship rule. It's as if they forgot how to turn on the rotisserie, hoped we wouldn't notice and cooked it in the kettle instead.

A small saving grace was the lovely waitress who whilst expertly balancing trays of disappointment with a smile that said, "I know this is glorified airplane food, but hey, at least it's not a bag of peanuts." Her poker face was so good, I half expected her to whip out a deck of cards and start dealing out misery along with the main course.

Food was a solid minus 6 out of 10.

We dined here with a group of 8 persons and had a couple of starters to share for the whole table. Those were fine. Nothing special. We got a lot of different main dishes: burgers, fajitas, vegetables, pasta and a schnitzel. The Fajita’s were covered with a weird sauce. The burgers were fine, however, we found plastic in one of them, which my brother almost chocked on… The quality of schnitzel was the same as one of a snackbar. I wish I could give the food zero stars. The patatas bravas came as potato with tomato ketchup. The meatball sauce was obviously canned. The chicken was OK but had obviously been sitting on a hot plate for a while. Ordered a fillet steak done medium and it came rare, mostly fat and smelling old. The service was nice until we showed we were unhappy with our food and then they were totally disinterested. We explained our issues and nothing was done to resolve it.
