Kathmandu moraira — Restaurant in Teulada

This was a restaurant which knows all about serving beautiful authentic Indian cuisine. We had to choose to eat inside or outside; we chose outside for it's atmosphere. Inside was fully lit and a bit noisy which gave it more of a "cafe" feel in my opinion and it had super-efficient air conditioning which meant it felt a bit on the cold side. Outside however, just simply invited you to 'pull up a chair for the evening' and prepare for your taste buds to be delighted. Without a doubt, this was the best Indian food I have ever had and the staff were super friendly and very attentive. My wife and me were absolutely delighted with the whole evening. Prices for both food and drink were very reasonable.

Were there any downsides? Toilets disappointed slightly only because of the decor to floor and walls, again, it gives that "café" feel but they were very clean! There is no dedicated disabled toilet. Parking is limited.

Amazing Food, Disappointing Service

I recently dined here and was eager to enjoy some highly recommended Indian cuisine.

However, the service left much to be desired. From the moment we were seated, it was clear that the staff were overwhelmed. It took over 30 minutes for our appetizers to arrive, and we received a dish we hadn’t ordered, which we accepted out of hunger and impatience. We ordered two additional drinks, one of which arrived promptly, while the other had to be requested twice, leading to some frustration from our waiter.

Despite waiting for an hour and a half, our main course finally arrived, and the food was spectacular—some of the best Indian cuisine I have ever tasted.

Unfortunately, the service significantly marred our experience. The waiter’s agitated attitude and the inconsistent service times between different tables were disappointing.

As a European, I understand that dining experiences can be more leisurely, but the delay, lack of communication, and the staff’s demeanor were...

Shockingly rude experience .5 friends of mine and myself came here for dinner, We’re a group of respectful young adults, upon arrival we were seated at a table and when our drinks were being brought out the waiter (It wasn’t his fault) accidentally spilled a tray of drinks on 2 of our friends, We informed the waiter it was okay as we didn’t want to embarass him due to human error. The manager came over to our table to ask us what happened as if it was our fault and proceeded to press the boys in our group when they went outside to dry off making out like it was our fault, no napkins to dry them off or any sincere apology from the manager apart from the waiter. We stayed to finish our meal and when we asked them to amend the bill politely and manger kept disregarding us and waving his arms around and didn’t apologise didn’t even bother coming down with the amended bill.
