Hi just had a holiday in la Santa, booked through homeaway..|Appartments 1895817l la Santa..|Please if anyone books this it is not what it seems, this is my review I am trying to het put on homeaway site..||Forewarned is forearmed !Don't be fooled!! |Only 1 apartment is advertised...but there are 5 and they all differ in size and quality.you could get any one!!|I chose the apartment because it had all the facilities I needed, as a solo female traveller I like cooking, chilling in front of the telly, at night, my days are spent exploring.|It's a rip off.!!! I arrived, and got lost, as there's no number or name on the building, on walking In i was shocked to find a small room, 2 single beds pushed together and a kitchen half finished,! Not the room I booked!!|No satellite TV! ..No living room!..No beach towels!!!...no Washing machine!..no Ironing board and iron!..No oven!! And one bath towel!|It says..." There is a communal roof chill out terrace, with sun beds, dining table, chairs, pergola,BBQ, a fridge, stocked with a few drinks and an honesty box!...NO IT HASNT!!!!,..... It has a few white plastic chairs. and dirty empty fridge, |it says for 4 people ...it only sleeps 2..no sofa bed!|The micro wave was no where near a plug socket!| I sent about 30 emails and phone calls back and forth during my stay, to get stuff that was missing broken or unusable! I got the impression he's not bothered!|No directions sent before arrival, no address...no phone number in case of emergency... No password for wifi, no beach towels ! Extension!|I insisted I moved to the apartment I booked!...I moved 4 days later!!|I got told all the above facilities were in that apartment ...he lied no they weren't!!|I moved in, plugged in the toaster..all the lights blew!..another call to the UK, for help! spent £15, over the 8 days. I'm pay as you go..So I know the amount I used.|Tried the TV...guess what? didn't work, The micro wave in the new apartment, again, no where near a socket!.. life is not a holiday in these apartments!!|The hob, ( not oven) was digital and not user friendly!|being on my own with all these problems. I must admit tears on this holiday were a plenty! It was very hard going!|This was the hardest, most stressful, holidays I've had!....go elsewhere!!!|The owner is more concerned about image, aesthetics and being dishonest to actually care about the customer!!|He did send me a charger, as I left it at home...but threw that back at me like "I" owed him!!! I refused to pay..I'm telling you this as in his response to this review, I'm sure he will revel in that!!..No one came for payment, so I took as admission of guilt!|He needs to advertise what the apartment offers only, so us travellers are not disappointed on arrival, !!!|The pictures ..first is what I got second advert!!||And a cupboard had no shelfs, just doors, plug doesn't reach wall, and communal terrace..nothing there...

A traditional style restaurant with traditional dishes and European dishes. For lunch, we had the mixed grilled fish platter and the house salad. This was more than enough for 2 to share. Refreshing local beer.

Waiting staff are a bit brusque and you can’t sit where you want even if the table is clear. Then moments later we watched another couple being put into the seats that we originally wanted. As a customer we had no choice. Also gave you the menu and seemed narked that you didn’t order 60 seconds later!

Worth a visit and hopefully it will be a little more welcoming and not so like a production line ie “get em in &...

Amazing. We ordered soups and oh. My. God. They brought 2 buckets of great seafood and vegetable soups which should cost at least twice the asking price. If you order one portion it can actually be split for 2-3 people. Then also fish filet was delish, with some potatoes and salad on the side. The waiter was also super nice. We couldn’t eat all we ordered (obviously) so he packet it all to go. Strong recommend.
