A Coastal Culinary Gem in La Santa Sal Marina is an extraordinary dining destination that beautifully blends the charm of coastal living with exquisite cuisine. My recent visit left me utterly impressed, making it a standout experience that deserves high praise. The restaurant’s location is nothing short of breathtaking. Perched along the scenic coastline, La Santa offers stunning ocean views that set the stage for a memorable dining experience. The interior is tastefully decorated with a modern yet cozy nautical theme, featuring large windows that allow the beauty of the surrounding seascape to flood the dining area. The outdoor terrace is a must for those who want to savor their meal while basking in the fresh sea breeze. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and exceptionally knowledgeable about the menu. Our waiters Monica, Fatima and Ayoub provided excellent recommendations and ensured that every aspect of our meal was perfect. The level of professionalism and warmth from the entire team elevated our dining experience to new heights. The cuisine at Sal Marina is a true celebration of local flavours and fresh ingredients. The menu is thoughtfully curated, offering a delightful mix of traditional and contemporary dishes that cater to a variety of palates. Sal Marina in La Santa is a culinary gem that offers more than just a meal—it provides an experience. The combination of stunning views, exceptional service, and outstanding food makes it a must-visit destination. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply looking to enjoy a delightful dining experience by the sea, Sal Marina delivers in every aspect. I left feeling thoroughly satisfied and eager to return. Highly recommended!

Myself and my partner just ate here tonight (25/11/24). Pretty quiet seafront restaurant, relatively basic menu and marginally attentive staff. Waited a while to get our menu and then no named wines by the glass. Our waitress was upselling a starter of local prawns, one or two per person and we went for that with a tuna and steak main. In hindsight, we should’ve asked about the price of the prawn starter but after ordering similar almost every day in other restaurants around the island, we presumed it wouldn’t be any more than €20 and certainly no more than the two mains combined. The prawns were about a mouthful of food each. The steak was practically blue despite the order of medium rare. The tuna was quite nice. We asked the for the bill. I almost spat out the last of my house wine when I saw that the prawn starter was just shy of €60. More or less the same as the two mains and two glasses of wine. FOR A MOUTHFUL. Nobody mentioned that this starter was pretty much the price of an entire lobster. Why, I do not know? But we are truly appalled. Daylight robbery at its finest, aimed at the few people who might travel off the beaten track to visit their small village restaurant. They should be ashamed. AVOID.

Very expensive for the quality. 2x Garlic prawns, 1x red prawns, 1 fish of the day (hake) for two persons and two small bottles of apple juice for 96 euros. First, the waiter didn't give us a menu. We had to ask what foods they have, prices weren't clear also. This might not be a problem, but.. Garlic prawns felt like they were cooked in sunflower oil instead of olive oil. Red prawns were pretty small. The waiter served the main course at the table from the baking tray. He filleted the fish, but in the chilly weather when it arrived at the table in front of me, the fish was almost cold... The main course was also a pretty small portion (maybe one potato sliced for two persons). I did not even take a photo of the dish, as the plate looked worse than what I cook at home (for 1/4 price, without the awkward waiting for the waiter to serve the food from the tray at the table). Only 3 stars because the restaurant is on the beach with a beautiful view over the ocean and some surfers, otherwise it's maximum a 2.

I visited this.pace last year and had great service. Very disappointed with the bar team this evening. Ordered drinks for 2 and was served quickly. But when I requested a second round of drinks, the service was lacking.

After 30 minutes we still did not get drinks requested even though we reminded the bar staff. It should not take so much effort to simply get 2 beers. Staff are are and need training about customer service quickly. The bar was no busy at all so no excuses for bad service.

I am here in La Santa for 2 months. I love the location and last year service was great. I also had many meals in this place. So my message to the owner is please teach your staff how to serve beer and wine quickly. A few minutes is fine, but 30 mins when only 4 tables are occupied us not professional.

I am not giving up on this location yet. I will visit again in a few days. If no improvements, I will use.all the other places in La Santa.

This evening I am eating in Delphine. Great food and service. I had intended to eat on the sea front. You guys can fix this issue quickly by supporting you bar staff with the...
