Bombay Grill — Restaurant in Torremolinos

Amazing place with super cheap prices. Quality is 10/10. I personally love it. Fit both - carnivores and vegetarian/vegan. We were sitting inside, so it was not much light going in, so pictures are kind of dark. 1 - compliment from the restaurant, their chickpea bread + sauces. 2 - their mango-yogurt drink, mango lassi, if I remember right, super good! 3 - deep fried king prawns in chickpea flour. 4 - vegetarian vegetable snack. 5 - chicken masala, suuuper soft, not spicy at all. 6 - fried chickpeas with tomatoes and onions, chickpeas are soft, everything on point, you can choose any main dish to be super spicy or soft spicy. 7 - tomato sauce, so good, soft and nice, would eat it just with bread. 8 - lamb chops from tandoori, a lot of aromatic spices, but good, my couple enjoyed it. 9 - you can use anything as a side dish, but we chose classic rice. Rice was soft. 10 - mango icecream, but it is not icecream in a "normal" way) Indian recipe, I liked, but for some might be too sweet. So we went to this restaurant for dinner. We ordered mango lassi, Jalfrezi vegetable, mushroom baji, pilau rice and Garlic naan. We asked the waiter to make the food as desi. He is nice and the food was good. Everything went nice.

However just the attitude of one guy, destroyed my mood. He has some attitude issues I guess, not just for the customers, even to his waiters. He has some nice quotes all around his restaurant ( life is simple, don't make it complex..), maybe he should read it and follow it. He is in the picture which I took. I don't know what it costs...

UPDATE: Shortly after writing this review, both me and my partner came down with food poisoning!!

Looking at previous reviews, we must have come on a day when the chef was off. The two main meals we ordered were fairly tasteless and way more processed sugar than should be also possibly the meat was frozen and reheated judging by the taste and texture. The rice was very good! the Peshawari nann was very nice! I don't want to put anyone off, because the other reviews on here are good, it is out of season after all. The staff were excellent!
