Whenever we travel abroad we always try and find a bar that we can treat as a local, to drop into for a nightcap before heading back after a day out. After some wandering, we happened across Brown's Bar and it fit the bill perfectly. Quite a tiny place with outside seating but it was like a home from home, mainly UK visitors, very friendly chatty staff who made you welcome like they had known you for years. After the second night we felt like regulars. Drinks were very reasonable. We never caught the bingo unfortunately but its probably a right hoot. Didn’t recognise neither of them, has always been other staff there. Just asked Anne if things were going ok, as thought they were new owners or something?
