Sitting here now typing this review as the service is quite rude and not interested at all. There is no nice atmosphere, feels like a strange malicious vibe in the air.

Then the cocktails are not as advertised, a Piña Colada and a Blue Hawaii got served to us in a plastic cup while other people seated next to us and nearby get their cocktails served in glasses as we type this review. Not to mention the quality of the cocktails was very poor.

Update: just went to pay and complained about the quality and the fact that it got served in plastic while others got their cocktails in glasses. I got told it was because only guests on the beach got served in glasses, this wasn’t true as a Blue Hawaii just got served a few tables away in a glass. The Piña Colada got removed from the bill but this place seemed really nice and we had it saved in our bookmarks but no more.

EDIT in reply to the reaction: Why would we bother to mail if the service was sub standard and we pretty much got scammed/treated differently than other guests? The review is very clear and explains what the problem is. We would suggest that you give everyone the same treatment and service. That also includes serving drinks as advertised, the plastic cup cocktails don’t hold up to how other people got their cocktails in glasses or like how the cocktails are shown on the menu or other reviews at all. Out of respect we still paid 1 drink, but we should’ve just left without paying as both drinks were below sub standard and very very poorly made.

Very disappointing experience Very disappointing – terrible service and dirty environment

We visited Coco Beach cocktail bar last night with my partner, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a highly unpleasant experience. When we arrived, the table we were seated at was sticky and dirty with leftover cocktail residue, as was the menu. There were three staff members working and only two tables occupied, yet no one bothered to clean our table before we ordered.

We had to wait quite a while for the cocktail. When it finally arrived, the waitress (blonde, long-haired) she tripped and spilled a good amount of it on the floor – then still served the drink as it was, with sticky liquid left on the table and dripping down the glass. I politely asked her to clean the table – she only wiped it with a dry napkin and then walked away. I waited patiently, hoping she would return with a proper wet wipe. After 5–10 minutes, I had to approach her again and kindly ask her to clean the table properly. She came back reluctantly, wiped only a small portion in front of me, and gave me a smug look as if questioning whether that was enough. I was shocked by her attitude and the lack of basic respect.

My partner’s drink didn’t arrive either – we had to request it again. Normally, drinks are served together. Eventually, a male waiter brought a bottled beer without a glass and simply placed it on the table. Completely unacceptable.

This whole experience was disgraceful – the service, the cleanliness, the unprofessional behavior. I hope this review serves as a warning to others: we will definitely never return here.

Experiencia muy decepcionante Muy decepcionante – servicio terrible y ambiente sucio

Anoche visitamos el bar de cócteles Coco Beach con mi pareja, y lamentablemente fue una experiencia muy desagradable. Al llegar, la mesa en la que nos sentamos estaba pegajosa y sucia con restos de cócteles anteriores, al igual que la carta. Había tres camareros trabajando y solo dos mesas ocupadas, pero aun así nadie se molestó en limpiar nuestra mesa antes de tomar el pedido.

Esperamos bastante tiempo por el cóctel. Cuando por fin llegó, la camarera principal (rubia, de pelo largo) tropezó y derramó una buena parte en el suelo, pero aun así lo sirvió tal cual, dejando restos pegajosos sobre la mesa y en el vaso. Le pedí amablemente que limpiara la mesa – solo usó una servilleta seca y luego se fue. Esperé con paciencia, pensando que volvería con una toallita húmeda. Después de 5–10 minutos sin respuesta, tuve que acercarme de nuevo y pedirle amablemente que limpiara bien la mesa. Volvió de mala gana, limpió solo una pequeña parte frente a mí, y me miró con descaro como preguntando si eso era suficiente. Me quedé atónito por su actitud y la falta de respeto básico.

La bebida de mi pareja tampoco llegó – tuvimos que pedirla otra vez. Lo normal es que las bebidas se sirvan juntas. Finalmente, un camarero trajo una cerveza en botella sin vaso, y la dejó sobre la mesa. Inaceptable.

Toda esta experiencia fue vergonzosa – e lservicio, la limpieza, la actitud poco profesional. Espero que esta reseña sirva de advertencia a otros: nosotros no...

All that glitters is not gold. We passed the busy cocktail bar which like most places sits behind a pretty busy tightly packed beach club. The pina coladas make for a great photo but that’s where the magic ends. Ice cream and amaretto is a dessert, not a coffee coral no matter what it’s served in. The icing on the cake for me was being served a frozen pizza. Yes, a still partially frozen centre masquerading as a wood fired hand prepped dish was offensive.
