Even though the food and the friendliness of the owner deserve 5 stars, the service quality is nowhere near that.

I have been ordering Too Good To Go bags from this place and the food has always been great - as a result of this, we decided to go and try it out on spot.

This time we ordered Tosta Fit (Guacamole, Salmon, Fresh Cheese) & Croissant Serranito - both were delicious.

The place is run by a very friendly and sweet lady who greets her customers with a smile - however, the waiters on the floor are too slow and keep messing orders.

The first time we went, the waiter who served us could not remember what we ordered and he came back to ask us - even though we repeated it, he ended up bringing something different.

During our second time, we asked for the bill and the girl who served us said that she would ask for it inside - 15 minutes passed and nobody came to bring the bill, we ended up paying inside at the cash.

I like the fact that the place is cat friendly and they always feed the cats in the neighborhood before they close the business - which is something dear to my heart.

Nice terrace and the coffee is fine too. The Tosta Fit I ordered was awful. The menu says it has 'queso fresco' and what came was Philadelphia. The avocado seemed like it had been frozen and thawed, it was mushy and had an odd texture. There was little salmon compared to the image. What I ordered was meant to be one of the healthy options so I thought it would come on brown or seeded bread (like in the photo on the menu) and instead it came with white bread. My partner order the Tosta Cesar, another one of the healthy options. Most of the ingredients that came were not those listed on the menu.... Pollo de bolsa (y poco) instead of pollo a la plancha, normal lettuce instead of rucula, normal tomatoes instead of cherry, a slice of plastic-y style cheese instead of parmesan. Very disappointed especially given the price of the tostas; €4.50. A bit slow...

Hoy no he visto en toda mi vida y viajes peor servicio que esta persona, peor es imposible (chico camiseta roja) . Me siento tan mal por poner esta reseña, una ubicación buena enfrente de alquiler de apartamentos, una comida buenísima, ... (que el dia de antes probamos) se nota que los dueños cuidan el detalle y que tengan que tener un empleado que lo destroce todo con su actitud, tan pocas ganas de hacer las cosas bien y la poca atención a los clientes. Lo primero que le dicho a mi pareja que el dueño encima tenga que pagar a este individuo, me duele muchísimo como empresario que soy. Le relato. Estaban todas las mesas ocupadas, pero un ambiente tranquilo. Nos dimos cuenta una libre, pero sucia y nos sentamos a esperar. Llegó el camarero nos dijo sin sabíamos, le dije que no y sin más se fue diciendo "vale" y nos dejo la mesa sucia sin llevarse nada ha apoyarse en la barra de dentro y hablar con su compañer@. Tube que coger la carta de entre toda la basura de servilletas sucias, botella de agua tirada cafés sucios, platos, .... y el apoyado sin interés de limpiarnos la mesa. Se levanta la mesa de al lado que tenía la cuenta, se acerca a por el dinero y otra vez con las manos vacías hacia dentro, ni siquiera de la mesa que ha cogido la cuenta. Al ver esta actitud egoísta y maleducado de no respetar el tiempo de la gente. Nos levantamos de impotencia y vergüenza ajena, a por el coche y cargar las maletas, 15 min después allí seguía...
