Spanish Garden — Restaurant in Torremolinos

If you’re staying in Benalmadina then you simply have to visit this gem. We were there a week with a large group and several people went 3/4 times it was that good! Unfortunately I didn’t go until late in the holiday otherwise I would definitely have gone back. I had the ribs for starter. Huge ribs on the bone lots of mean and tender as they should be. Beautiful sauce too. Large portion. Be warned. They got the nick name dinosaur bones! The. I had the leg of lamb in the oven, delicious and falling off the bone. The accompanying dishes of potatoes and creamed carrots were delicious too. I normally like plain but these were simply delicious. Again a big portion, a few of the guys couldn’t even finish the lamb there was so much meat. For desert o tired the whiskey cake and again, really good. A huge pour of Irish whiskey poured over it at the table! The waiters were so attentive and nothing was a problem. Everyone else said the same about their dishes. And everyone agreed it was by far the best restaurant anyone had visited during our stay there. I would rate it in the top 5 places I’ve been to in Spain. Class, and well done to the owners...

Dined here last night with our 2 friends. The food was delicious and the presentation of the main course very good, however we did not like the way the surly unfriendly staff served the vegetables onto our plates. Almost like school dinners. We ate our main course (had not wanted starters) and sat chatting about whether we could all manage a dessert when a member of staff plonked the bill on the table. No dessert menu was offered or coffees. Needless to say we paid the bill and left. This was a poor reflection on the restaurant. We will not be returning. We just felt the staff wanted us out as quickly as possible. We felt very unwelcome. Our friends had booked the table for 4 of us but the table only had 2 wine glasses set which seemed inefficient. It is not a cheap restaurant and we spent over 100 euros so expected...

My friends and I recently went to this restaurant....I booked from home in the U.K. and asked if they could arrange table decorations, balloons, cake etc for a friends special birthday. We turned up and they had done all of this and more. The whole evening was perfect. Round table, decor, food, literally everything was spot on. We chose from an extensive 3 course set menu priced at just 16 euros each. There was more than enough choice on this menu and the quality and presentation of the food was fantastic value for money. They made a fuss of the birthday girl and she was quite overwhelmed. The staff were friendly, attentive and professional. We all give them a 10 out of 10 for providing the perfect...
