Bayside International Cooking — Restaurant in Torrevieja

Bayside International Cooking truly blew us away. We spent a few weeks in the area and ended up coming back several times a day – that’s how good it was. Every single dish we tried (and yes, we tried everything on the menu!) was absolutely delicious. Not a single disappointment.

The food was full of flavour, beautifully prepared, and incredibly varied. From starters to mains to desserts – everything was top quality. You could really taste the care and creativity in each dish. And the Strawberry Daiquiri? An absolute dream – refreshing, unique, and perfectly balanced. It was one of the best drinks we've had anywhere.

The service was just as impressive. The staff were kind, attentive, and made every visit a pleasure. It’s rare to find a place where everything – the food, the atmosphere, the people – comes together so perfectly.

If you have the chance, definitely give this place a try. It's not just worth visiting – it’s worth going back again and again. One of the absolute highlights...

Do not like to write such reviews, but sometimes you have to… maybe it is the way it will reach the owner… we were visiting Bayside for a while… our three visits last visits were a bit disappointment… visit 1 3 people, menu del dia, all dishes were heavily over salted. Disaster, we asked to inform chef that food is not eatable… before we had very good experience, so we decided to try again… same story… food was over salted, heavily over salted… same discussion… we said enough… my parents came to visit us, so they asked to have a lunch at Bayside, as they like the place. Ok… Let’s try again… we asked waiter not to add any salt. My steak was ok (no salt) but meu del dia (chicken in pepper sauce) was dry, overcooked and hard like rock… fortunately, no salt was found… even my parents were...

We’ve been to Bayside International Cooking many times over four separate holidays, adding up to several dozen visits and every single time has been a pleasure. The food is always amazing: full of flavour, generous in portion, and excellent quality for the price.

I think I’ve tried most of the dishes on the menu by now, and I have never been disappointed. Even when it was something not to my personal taste, the preparation and quality were always spot on.

The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive, creating a warm and enjoyable atmosphere that keeps us coming back. Bayside has truly become a favourite of ours, and we always look forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!
