The café looks really nice and has a great vibe — it definitely has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the service was very slow and felt a bit unorganized. I first got a cappuccino with regular milk instead of soy milk. Then they poured soy milk into the same milk jug without cleaning it, and used an espresso that had already been made before. Because of that, the cappuccino mostly tasted like milk and not much like coffee.

We also had to wait around ten minutes for a coffee to go, which felt quite long. The prices are also quite high compared to other places in town.

After reading some other reviews, it seems that slow service might be a common issue. I would really recommend that the owner takes a closer look at this and maybe offers some training or hires a bit more staff. With faster and more motivated service, this place could easily become one of the best cafés around.

I travelled 25 minutes just to try BLUR Specialty Coffee in Torrevieja, and honestly, it was worth every second. It’s not just a café—it’s the kind of place you want to return to, again and again. The atmosphere is calm and beautifully put together, with just the right mix of minimal and cozy. You instantly feel welcome.

The coffee? Absolutely top-notch. You can tell they really care about quality—from the beans they use to how it’s brewed. I had an oat milk cappuccino and it was perfectly balanced—smooth, creamy, and just the right strength. They clearly know how to work with plant-based milk, which is something I really appreciate.

The pastries were just as impressive—beautifully presented and full of flavor. Everything in the display looked tempting, and the quality matched the care they clearly put into their coffee.

Very late breakfast with a view on a grey, chilly day and it couldn’t have been better. Blur Café in Torrevieja offered not only a cozy escape from the cold, but also truly lovely service. When I arrived, the place was full, but the staff kindly found a collapsible chair and set up a little extra table by the window so I could enjoy the sea view.

I ordered a large cappuccino, perfectly made and a delicious pastrami sandwich. The café has a beautiful minimalist aesthetic, calm and stylish without trying too hard. I ended my visit with a second coffee by the leather sofa near the window, probably the best seat in the house to watch the waves and let time pass by.
