A very bad experience for all 5 people in our company. One of us got the wrong starter and they lied to us and said that it was the right one when it clearly wasn’t. All of us 5 ordered the entrecôte but after we had ordered another waiter came to us and said that they only have 3 entrecôte and that two of us could order the T-bone steak instead. So I offered to take the t bone. When I got the steak it seemed ok at first but when I got to the middle of it, it was completely raw. I couldn’t even eat half the steak. I then told the waiter that the steak wasn’t finished and he had a very bad attitude towards me but told me that I wouldn’t have to pay for it. He then came back 3 minutes later and said that I have to pay for it. I refused and then the owner came to me and was very aggressive and agitated, but after I showed him the picture of the meat he walked of angrily and said in a passive aggressive voice that I didn’t have to pay for it. We had the pleasure of having dinner with our family at Ruta Margalla Food and Drinks in Torrevieja, and it was a truly delightful experience! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed a very tasty seafood platter – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared – that impressed all of us.
