It's so horrible that it's just impossible to put into words. First of all, the staff doesn't understand English at all, and that's okay, but my friend and I made an order, and both times the check came out empty. How can I explain to someone there what happened if none of the employees understand English? However, we managed to explain what happened, and they just put some random products in the check for our amount. Even though we told the staff our order numbers several times. Secondly, when our numbers were ready, they stupidly couldn't give it to us because the employee wrote God knows what on the check. I'm not even talking about the fact that they constantly don't add something to the order. Thirdly, the whole floor in the hall is wet because the air conditioner is leaking, but no one even thinks of repairing it. I'm not talking about the disgusting taste of the food or cleanliness. A member of staff was walking along the queue of cars in the drive through line taking orders, whilst we tried to get past to park up in the small car park. We managed to find a spot around the back and walked in to order at the screen. After making and paying for our order it failed to print a receipt. When we got to the front counter to wait for our food the screen announcing which orders were being served wasn't working, which meant that counter staff had to shout out order numbers. I translated 67 to Spanish and listened out for our number over the din of kids shouting, wooden chairs being dragged across the floor, orders being made, and the general chaos. Hurray, I collected our food, though the large cups were out of stock so we had twice as many medium cups to fill up and carry.
