Foster's Hollywood — Restaurant in Torrevieja

My family and I were in tonight the habaneras restaurant tonight and I had to write to let you know about our experience. We arrived shortly after 8.45 we asked for a table for 6 and 2 high chairs and they gave us a table for 8 , i said to the girl ( Jacqueline ) that it was a table for 6 not 8 and she proceeded to comment to the girl that was there with her something in Spanish about not wanting to serve us and that we could just wait until she was ready .then she became very rude to us and still gave us a table for 8 with no high chairs or any child stuff to keep them occupied, we Where left at the table for around 15/20 minutes with no menus, when someone can to ask us about drinks we had to ask about menus , she then said she would get them after we placed our drinks order . We then waited about 10/15 for our drinks to arrive, please take it into account the restaurant was not busy at this time the staff where just standing around joking and chatting to each other ,we then place our order for food and the brought out our main course after about 30 minutes and brought the starters at the same time , one order the chicken was the wrong chickens and had to go back and wait about 15 minutes for a replacement to arrive ,then burger came out raw and had to be sent back , the other 4 meals where cavatappi chicken pasta and all 4 where cold and not fit to eat , one of the chicken was raw with blood and we put it aside to say when someone came to our table but nobody was interested on taking care of our table and we left most of the food due to it being cold or undercooked , we also got soft drinks and was never asked if we would like a refill ,I had to ask someone to please refill our drinks they did arrive as we had just finished our meal not that we ate much , we sat for around 15 minutes for someone to take our plates and we had to ask for a dessert menu , sitting with empty glasses and not being asked if we would like a refill on our drinks 2 of our party ordered dessert that did take about 10/15 to arrive ( not that bad ) but with no drink to was it down because it got dropped of and the server left before we could ask . Please note that we arrived at 8.45 and I paid the bill at 10.30 as the couple that just received there dessert, we got out around 10.45 myself and the others did notice the other tables where seated quickly with menu and drinks order taken at the same time , served very quickly and where taken care of also being asked about drinks , I don’t know if they thought we where tourists or not or they didn’t under stand us ,but I have lived here for almost 8 years and used this restaurant many times and tonight was shocking truly terrible the waitress’s didn’t know my daughter could speak Spanish and was being very rude about us . I hope to hear back from you very soon on this matter as I was left very annoyed by the way my family ( that was on holiday ) and the rest of us were treated tonight ....

I was hesitant to dine here due to some of the reviews I saw, but my family and I were craving burgers, and this seemed like the best option at Habaneras Shopping Centre.

Upon entering the restaurant, we were promptly greeted and seated at a table for four. Our drink orders were taken immediately—two beers, a Fanta, an apple juice, and water. The drinks arrived within five minutes.

Shortly after, we placed our food order: a cheeseburger from the kids' menu, a BBQ smash burger, two director's choice burgers, and the Hollywood combo as a starter.

About ten minutes after ordering, our starter arrived, followed by the kids' cheeseburger five minutes later, which was perfect for my son. The rest of the main courses were served five minutes after that. I was really impressed with the service. The waiting staff were very attentive, frequently checking to see if we needed anything.

In conclusion, my family and I had a great experience here. The food was delicious. I absolutely loved the BBQ smash burger and the secret sauce on the side. Me, my family and friends came here and the service was terrible. First we ordered on the same time and our friends got there food fast and then my family had to wait for 45 minutes after our friends got their food. Then my mom and dads food came, my mom ordered a nashville tenders but she got barbecue. After 10 minutes my food came and it was 2 salads but we ordered 2 pastas ,one for my dad and one for me, and my mom got tenders. She said you told me salad, and that is correct but when we ordered i changed to pasta and she said so 2 pastas, so she clearly got that. My friends also ordered a sprite and they never got it so they had to order another one and then they finally got it. My mom wanted a plate and the waitress never came back with a plate. We had about 5 different waitresses and that is very bad. We want to get this forward and fixed because this is something that none has to go through when someone is ordering from...
