We were the first people to arrive at the restaurant and ordered at least 10 minutes before anyone else. We were 7 people, but somehow our order came later than 3 other parties of 4.
The waitress could barely speak english. Making a special order was almost impossible. Even ordering with the dish names in english was not possible. But the worst part was that she didn't even bother to look at me. The drinks came in, I was the only one who ordered a water at our table. I raised my hand when she asked who ordered "agua". She did not acknowledge me. My mother told her that she had ordered a fanta and that I ordered a water. The waitress then walked away with the water and put it back in the fridge. She came back with a fanta and we had to order the water again to get it.
When the food came in I raised my hand again and sought eye contact with the waitress. She did not acknowledge me and my mother had to tell her that it was for me.
The pork souvlaki was raw, dry and chewy. The portions were very small for the price we paid. The gyros was alright, and the fries were above average. The amount of tzatziki was not generous. One of the orders was wrong and the waitress grumpily asked the cook how long the food would take to replacd. She told us that we had to wait almost 20 minutes to get a new plate of food.
The cook does not use gloves. He freely touches the salad and fries without any hand washing.
The temperature here is not in the comfort zone at all. There is no air circulation.
Tl;dr: Do not give this restaurant any business. The other reviews I read seem to agree with my concerns. Bad waitress, meh food, not a...
Read moreI've eaten here many many times before and i have always looked forward to coming here however, on 7th April '25 we came for my partner's birthday and our first meal out since arriving and I was so shocked and disappointed I vow to never return!
My 16 month old needed to be changed and I asked if I could change her - they said yes, go through - i couldn't find the baby changing table and came out to ask where it was - they said no, no, here is fine and pointed to a set dining table - i asked 'what? Here? Change her here?' And pointed to the table and they said yes, yes here is fine.......I had to move the cutlery so I could change my child's nappy!!!
When the food came, they got our orders wrong - 4 meals, 3 wrong orders, my partner's was sent back because the pork was raw, when it came out again the chicken was raw!
My step dad had pizza (can't go wrong with pizza you'd think.....) and it tasted salty - ridiculously salty that it couldn't be eaten!
We weren't asked how the meal was or if we wanted extra drinks - it wasn't busy and only a few tables taken so it can't be argued that they were run off their feet....
It's such a shame to be writing a negative review having eaten here many times before and never had reason to complain previously but felt my experience needs to be shared
If I could leave no...
Read moreWe went today , they put us on a table in the centre of the restaurant ,right next to a large party of about 8 or 10 … I asked if we could move to a table by the window , as was quieter the waitress who was nice asked the manager? , the woman refused ..: it was around three in the afternoon. The restaurant was quiet apart from that large party and maybe two other tables I could understand it if they were busy or the tables were reserved but they weren’t , Just seem like bloody mindedness , I’m paying for my food and should be able to sit where I want if the restaurant is not busy , Needless to say, we left , their loss … it seems like some of them think they are doing you a favour by allowing you to use their facilities, Not sure if the woman was the boss, I don’t think so , probably a member of staff in charge ? and maybe the manager or boss would be interested to hear that she is losing them customers . So...
