Yugo Garden — Restaurant in Torrevieja

After having a great experience the last time we were in Torrevieja, we absolutely couldn’t wait to come back!

We’ve visited twice in a week and both experiences were great. The staff are attentive, friendly, welcoming and answered all of the questions we had about the dishes or drinks. The service is great and food is prepared quickly… and tastes amazing!

The food is also very reasonably priced, we ordered 2 spring rolls, gyozas, 40 pieces of sushi, 2 main dishes, 2 chicken fried rice, 2 chicken noodles, a portion of chicken nuggets and chips and a portion of fries. We also had 4 cocktails, 2 beers, 3 cokes and one vodka with Fanta lemon (the single vodka portions are easily a triple!) Our bill came to €178 and which comes to roughly €25 each… which in my opinion is fantastic for the volume, quality of food, service and atmosphere.

My boyfriend was celebrating his 21st birthday and the staff kindly gave us a cake with a candle and played Happy Birthday music, which we found to be a really kind gesture.

Lastly, they finished our experience with a shot of alcohol (schnapps) for the adults and non-alcoholic shot for the kids (juice).

This place is a MUST go if you’re in the Torrevieja area!!

I made a reservation for 6:30pm and was able to pick which table that we wanted to sit at (there are so many options and the outside area is so cute and perfect for a date!). The staff are so friendly and helpful. We ordered a drink, which is great value for the money (you get a lot of alcohol). Once we ordered our food, it arrived so fast and we were able to start eating straight away.

The food is delicious, I couldn’t actually get a proper picture of everything we got as we started eating before I could. We had about 34 pieces of sushi and two side dishes! The prices are so reasonable, you can easily splash out or have a budget meal as the options are so versatile.

Food was okay but staff were rude. We had to ask twice for drinks as the first time we waited, and nothing came. The noodles were like instant noodles from a packet, but the flavour was fine. We finished our meal and ordered extra food to takeaway. Went for a cigarette while waiting and one of the staff stopped us and said "excuse me are u going to pay?" I said we are going to smoke, were coming back in. Then the takeaway was ready and they brought it and the bill outside to us and I said "we'll come inside to pay in a minute, were still smoking" next thing they bring the card machine outside. Definitely won't be going back there again unless they sort their staff's attitude out....
