Came here on the back of positive reviews on Google. Got refused at lunch time as there was no space for our family of 7, we kind of anticipated this in a prime location but weren't expecting to be rudely told no. Other restaurants were always polite and either asked us to come back in x amount of time or wait with a drink. Instead we were told that the kitchen is too busy and we wouldn't be getting served, as groups of four were passing us to take a seat. Still, went back on the evening with just my partner and of all the places I ate in L'Estartit, this was the worst service. We felt rushed to get out of our seat, we did not feel welcome at all. The menu looks great, the food wasnt too bad at all but the staff just seemed mad keen to get rid of us as they were too busy. Cutlery and food were just plonked in front of us. I wasnt sure what to order and I heard one member of staff tell another, " it's the boyfriend, he is taking a while to decide what he wants" in an annoyed tone. Before the start of the holiday, as a group we expected to probably visit here a few times based on the reviews and menu, but we never went back with the rest of our group. Harvey's bar a few metres away is much more accommodating, lovely food, just as busy yet we went there a few times instead. They made us feel welcome and gave the simple things like service...

Honestly, one of the best burger´s !! juicy and flavorful. Every bite was just pure joy.
