Restaurant Can Fabrellas — Restaurant in Tossa de Mar

We came because we read in the reviews that the black rice was amazing. However our rice was not amazing by far. It was not fully cooked, actually waaayy too hard. The ink and the rice did not "merge" which did not make it creamy (which makes sense when the rices is so raw). We hope today was a bad day in the kitchen, but considering that we had to pay 2eu (dicen q errores los tienes todos, pues había puesto 2'5 en vez de 2......) of supplement for a black rice that we could not even finish, we will at least not repeat.

The paella was okey but very far from the good ones, it had not that much taste. Some desserts looked very cheap, they were served in a cup like the plastic ones you buy in the supermarket...

Besides, the service was very friendly.

Lo peor es el dueño, que desde reservar hasta servir es lo peor que uno puede desear en en restaurante. La comida, pedimos paella y nos viene con azúcar en lugar de sal. La camarera lla prueba y lo.confirma y el dueño (con perilla) dice que no y nisqueira quiere probar para confirmar lo que dice su propia trabajadora. Seguro que no repito y me encargo de puede dar la difusión correspondiente en todas las redes al respecto.

Viendo la respuesta del propietario, añado:

Primer punto: El de la periilla desde que hemos entrado al restaurante para reservar está molesto por preguntar el cliente qué mesa podemos escoger donde hay menos calor (lo llama complicaciones por parte del cliente) creo que la misma respuesta indica el nivel de atención. Eso sin hablar de las malas formas. Es,el típico señor que no le gusta su trabajo y está amargado.

Segundo punto: no se habló sobre la paellacon azúcar de nuestra parte (simplemente para no discutir ) y pensábamos irnos y no volver al sitio y ya está. Pero cuando la camarera,por cierto amable, preguntó qué tal le dijimos lo que es y que ya está nos vamos. Pero viene el señor de la perilla con sus malas formas a contestar lo que comentamos arriba y de ahí decidimos contar nuestra nefsta experiencia con él.

Creo que de la manera que escribe y responde a mi reseña , queda claro la clase de atención y educación que tiene. Ya verá cómo recibirá muchas quejas y reclamaciones que justifiquen lo que...

Definitely the best menu del dia in Tossa. So much choice. I ordered the Octopus Ravioli to start, not what I was expecting but one of the nicest starters I've had here.
