Perfect place, good interior, great sights from the terrace.

Grilled rabbit and Sopa alpujarreno tasted really good, Plato alpujarreno could be better.

But, Travelez is well known for its jamon so we ordered a plate of some as well, and they have brought the one you could buy for cheap price in any supermarket with questionable taste instead of city’s signatory product. The day before we visited another restaurant in 40 minutes from this one and they served the perfect jamon (and perfect everything else) for almost the same price.

Una joya en el barrio bajo – ¡Para repetir una y otra vez!

Hemos tenido la suerte de descubrir este restaurante en el barrio bajo, con fácil aparcamiento y un ambiente que te hace sentir como en casa desde el primer momento.

Cuenta con varios espacios que lo hacen ideal para cualquier ocasión: una terraza en la parte baja, perfecta si vas con mascotas, fresca y agradable para ver pasar a la gente y disfrutar de la vista al pueblo; un comedor en la primera planta, muy fresco y con buenas vistas; y una terraza superior espectacular, con vistas privilegiadas a la montaña y al pueblo. ¡Cada rincón tiene su encanto!

La comida es simplemente inmejorable: productos frescos, muchos directamente del huerto, con excelente calidad y raciones generosas. Estuvimos una semana y tuvimos la suerte de probar varios platos: todos estaban buenísimos, cada día nos sorprendían más. El jamón buenísimo, la presa, el rabo de toro, el CODILLO con almendras increíble, el salmorejo del mejor que he probado, el plato alpujarreño, el calamar, ensalada de tomate buenísimo, el arroz con leche para chuparse los dedos, el flan mas de lo mismo..en fin para disfrutar!!

Además, fuimos con un bebé y el trato fue increíble en todo momento. El personal es cercano, amable, muy familiar y siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos a gusto. Por todo esto, repetimos todos los días.

Beautifully located restaurant in this gorgeous town. Amazing views from the terrace, with a nice chilled atmosphere.sioee friendly staff and the food was amazing. I ate the Iberian Pluma which was the best I've ever tasted without a doubt. It was tender and mouthwatering.
