I like the place so much I’ve become a regular customer of at least once a week for a parmigiana and pizza takeaway, or sometimes even twice to dine with friends. The place offers a warm, relaxing, easy going atmosphere with a friendly, but an also very professional service. Wines are excellent and always surprising because the manager makes it a point to risk and discover new delicious blends; these are usually offered under a wide range from different countries like their native Argentina, Italy and of course Spain. Food cannot be complained about because everything is delicious. There are two chefs, both are Italian: Francesco is New York trained, and Domenico is from Calabria. Their pizzas (large caters for at least 4 people), salads, empanadas and other off the card dishes are all made on the spot, so waiting time, that is never too long, should be understood when place is full.
I love it and love them. Lovely...

And then the pizzas arrive. Pizza is all about the dough - here, it’s tough, dry and emotionless, never given a chance to rise properly (and left to do so for too much time). It’s not entirely bad; it would make lovely flatbreads for hummus-dipping, but it’s not pizza. It’s all a weird, tough to digest combo, with toppings bathed in grease. Unfortunately, “Bajo Flores” is not recomendable to anyone who loves pizza, even remotely…. Not even for the affordable prices, and not even for the...

I don't know why though. Something about the pizza tasted similar to a frozen pizza. I'm not sure if it's the type of dough or whether the dough was frozen, or whether I should have ordered from the pizza specials? I'm not an expert though, so maybe others enjoy the pizza very much.
In any case, the apple tart with cinnamon was very tasty, and I can't comment on the empanada because it...
