Amazing homemade pasta! I loved the “menu” option that includes one type of pasta, one sauce, one small container of cheese, and one dessert. I ordered the “menú doble” and saved one whole meal for the next day. You do have to cook/assemble the meal, but it’s super easy (they include instructions) and it only takes 10 minutes. The prices are great (currently 10€ per person). I really enjoyed the Norma sauce, and I appreciated that they had vegetarian options (as well as some vegan pasta options). The owner clearly knows his pasta! We’ve been back several times now and will definitely keep coming. There’s a lasagna special every Wednesday, and a monthly ravioli—July’s was pumpkin, just like the one I had in Bologna. Absolutely scrumptious.

We’ve also bought a variety of pastas to use at home, and every one has been excellent. They sell sauces to pair with each pasta and ravioli, and those are top tier as well.

Fuimos al 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗼 𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮 a hacer un 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗮 y fue una auténtica pasada. Perfecto para pasar un rato divertido y diferente, tanto en pareja como en grupo.

👨‍🍳 El curso lo imparte 𝗙𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗼, un cocinero italiano que te va guiando paso a paso con muchísima simpatía, paciencia y buen humor. Siempre está pendiente de ayudarte y resolver cualquier duda.

🥚 Durante el taller, preparamos 𝗹𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗼 (solo harina y huevos) y elaboramos tres tipos de pasta: • 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮 • 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗮 • 𝗥𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘀 (con ricota y albahaca, ¡deliciosos!)

🍷 Mientras cocinas, tienes 𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗯𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘀: vino, cerveza, vermut, spritz, refrescos o agua, a tu elección.

🍞 Y para picar, te ofrecen 𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗼𝘀 𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘀, en nuestro caso varias 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘀 irresistibles. ¡Volaron!

⌛ El curso dura unas 𝟮 𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘀 y cuesta 𝟰𝟱€. Nos llevamos toda la pasta que hicimos a casa y nos quedó espectacular al cocinarla.
