Pizzería Jardín — Restaurant in Vera

A friend introduced to this place last year and I was blown away by the quality of their pizzas. The pizza base is utterly unique and unlike anything I’ve tasted before. Super-thin base with a biscuit-like crisp at the edge (British biscuit, not American) but soft and unctuous in the middle with the perfect ratio of sauce, cheese and (for me) tuna. Non smokers outdoor dining paradise. Probably the only outdoor non smoking dining in Vera Playa. Decent thin crust pizza, can't speak to any other menu item of which there are several non pizza dishes. Appears more popular with local Spanish clientele than English expats. The do several home made desserts. Had a very nice dinner on the patio free of smoke. Staff was pleasant and attentive. Its a winner...
