Visited Mojacar Pueblo on several occasions but this was the first time in February. Not many places were open but fortunately this place was. We were given a friendly greeting and a table was prepared for us inside the restaurant. It was a bit too chilly to sit outside. Service was good and the freshly made food was delicious. We both had Cod with what I think was a sweet pepper sauce. It was accompanied by a variety of freshly cooked diced and spiced vegetables and sliced fried potatoes. My wife had a coffee cake tart flavoured with whiskey and brandy. I had ice cream which was a small tub of chocolate and vanilla ice cream which could have come out of a fridge in an ice cream stall. The deserts were the only slightly disappointing part of the meal. The rest was perfectly prepared home cooked and very tasty. The surroundings were authentic and the whole experience very pleasant. The meal including drinks was just €43. We might well go there again next time we...
Read moreTonight I dined at Viento Norte and had a wonderful experience. The food was exceptional, and the service was top-notch.
For the main course, I had the steak tuna paired with a delightful white wine. The tuna was perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. It was an excellent match with the wine, enhancing the dining experience.
As an appetizer, I enjoyed the fish carpaccio, which was fresh and beautifully presented. The delicate flavors were a perfect start to the meal.
To finish, I had the cheesecake for dessert. It was creamy, rich, and had just the right amount of sweetness.
Overall, Viento Norte offers a delightful dining experience with delicious food and outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for...
