3rd time at Casa Maria, if the food wasn't so good we wouldn't go back. The young lad taking our order on 2 occasions got it wrong even though he repeated what we asked for (it would have helped if he had written it down - I think he had been listening to our conversation over possible choices and he remembered this instead of the actual order). This could be forgiven as he is only a very young man and doesn't have the experience yet. The woman who gives plenty of smiles and apologies can't be forgiven as she forgot about us on 2 occasions. First time we had to remind her after 15 mins waiting for the bill, second time we had to wait 15 minutes just for a coffee. We would probably have stayed longer and spent more if service had been better and the excuse of not understanding English isn't acceptable for staff who can speak very good English and have a multi-national clientelle. The food was excellent too with a great choice and the homemade puddings were delicious.
