Fantastic & authentic food with great service.. I am a chef with many years experience & my partner is Italian, so I hope you will trust our review!

The menu is set with 3 starters as a tasting plate, then a choice of main and dessert. Our starters were varied with a creamy lentil stew, a baked tuna dish and a selection of Italian cheeses which really got us in the mood.

We both chose the Bucatini all'Amatriciana for our main which was absolutely delicious, the Guanciale had a wonderful flavour and the pasta was super fresh, all wrapped up in a beautiful & rich tomato sauce.

For dessert we had a lovely tiramisu and I have to say the best panna cotta I have ever tried!

The restaurant has an extensive list of Italian wine from lots of regions. The owner is more than happy to help you find the perfect fit for your meal, talk you through each dish & tell you some funny stories about the city.

We are so glad we found this place and we are determined to visit every time we pass through Vic, to try everything else on...

Ayer fui a cenar con mi mujer y salimos muy contentos.

Es un sitio pequeño pero acogedor, que eso no os prive de ir, simplemente aseguraos de reservar mesa por adelantado.

El servicio es muy bueno, personal super amable, atento, servicial y en nuestro caso rapido, cada vez que nos quedabamos sin bebida o comida venian rapidamente.

Como entrantes nos pedimos 3 empanadas, (capresse, pollo y vacuno) que estaban muy, muy buenas, servidas con dos aceites a parte, en concreto yo me puse el picante y tenia un equilibrio perfecto, no picaba en exceso y tenia un sabor contundente.

El segundo entrante que pedimos, fue la provoleta, buenisimo el queso, recomiendo comerlo rapido para que no se enfrie en exceso. El pan que ponen con el queso muy bueno tambien, buen toque salado que combina con el plato.

Como cena yo me pedí una pinsa de pesto. Tremenda, era una buena pinsa por tamaño, una masa perfecta al punto, una buena base y bien cargada de ingredientes, sin pasarse.

Mi mujer se pidió ravioli rellenos de carne con salsa bolonyesa y estaban espectaculars, cena perfecta.

De postres nos pedimos dos Tiramisú, que quiza fue lo mas flojo de la noche, ya que nos sorprendio que fuese liquido. De sabor me parece que no estaba mal, a mi mujer no le gustó.

Como digestivo me pedí un vaso de Baileys con hielo, y durante la cena pedimos dos botella de agua y dos Nestea.

Todo en total 72€, que en conjunto y por la cantidad y calidad de la comida y la perfección del servicio nos parece un buen precio.

Esperamos volver en el futuro y recomendamos mucho venir a este...

FAN-TAS-TIC!!! What can I say? Finally a real Italian place in Vic! I feel I'm in Italy everytime I go. The ingredients are top quality, the portions are just perfect and the price is very fair. Service is incredible. The wife cooks and husband tends to the tables. He is the nicest person you could ask for... Always smiling and never tired of answering questions about the plates or Italian culture. The wife has hands that were touched by an angel. The food is sublime. If you go, don't miss out on the (homemade, if course!) pannacotta. I always have it plain, because it's that good! Fantástico. Simplemente fantástico. Finalmente un italiano de verdad en Vic. Los ingredientes son de la mejor calidad, las porciones perfectas y el precio justo. El servicio es increíble. Es una pareja, ella cocina y él sirve. Él es el la persona más amable que puedes conocer. Siempre sonriendo, te da informaciones sobre los platos y cultura italiana con placer. La esposa tiene manos tocadas por ángeles...
