Great location, food and coffee was great however the service and awareness of their customers is not great at all. I was told to sit and someone will come serve me but I Sat down for 15 mins and in that time two other tables walked away and left because they had been waiting long. I had to get up and go order my food on my own. I assume the guy on the computer is the owner/manager and even him not to take innitiative to help tells a lot as to why the ratings are so low and is a reflection as to where the fault lies. Why have your business in a high tourist area where people are pressed for time and not have efficient service to maximise business… hopefully they can improve on their service and they next people to review will be testament. Still would recommend them for their food...

God awful service. The woman behind the till is awful, awful rude, awful slow & awful mean. Queued up at the takeaway queue for 20 minutes with a crying baby, for her to eventually respond with an awful attitude telling me to sit. Found a sit and sat for 20 extra minutes while staff walked past and never took my order. Re-joined the queue and waited an extra 15 minutes for someone to tell me to sit back down. I refused to leave until someone took my order. They took my order within 5 minutes after that.

As for the food, the baguette was burnt but freezing in the inside. Make that make sense. Topical smoothie was nice but lukewarm. Was it worth the time? No. Was it worth the chewing and swallowing? No. Was it worth the energy? No.

Faltal hace un tiempo más de 6 meses fuimos a comer wafles la verdad los amén quedaron gustando. Decidimos volver a ir ya unas 3 veces más y siempre q pedimos los wafles nos dicen q esta cerrado o que se acabaron la primera vez pensamos q era q llegamos tarde pero no eran ni las 21 luego fuimos con unos amigos y nos dijeron pedimos 3 wafles y nos dijo la chica que ya no era hora para pedir eso que habían otras cosas por pedir quede loca con su respuesta y le dije como asi me quieres decir q no hay ? Y me dijo voy a preguntar pero se fue molesta luego regresa y dice que solo queda para uno le digo bueno entonces ese esta bien pediremos otra cosa me miro mal y se fue me sorprendí por su trato y dije vamos que mal trato le dijimos q ya no queríamos nada. El día de ayer 23 de mayo paso x ahi y entró con una amiga a tomar un refresco y cuando nos sentamos dentro la chica estaba en barra y el chico por dentro y ninguno nos atendía y nos miraron cuando llegamos pasaron 15 mints y nada luego veo q agarra la libreta de notas creo q de tomar pedidos y se acerca y lo que nos dice es que quieren? 🙄 le digo yo una coca cola y mo amiga igual se dio vuelta y la trajo. Al rato digo voy a pagar llego a caja y me dice ella vas a pagar le digo si porfavor saco la tarjeta y sigue limpiando la nevera unos minutos más y yo me quedo mirando. Yo me decía a mi misma de verdad hasta para pagar es así de tan mala atención ella es una chica delgada alta y mal encarada todo el tiempo. Es triste que este tipo de personal esté dañando el puesto de trabajo. Se preguntaran xq eh ido tantas veces que soy mayorista pero yo pensando q no era el día de ella quizás y que una próxima vez correría con mejor suerte y todo por los wafles que los ame.
