Càtering Simpàtic — Restaurant in Vilanova i la Geltrú

Such a shame a beautiful and cosy place like this has awful service and food. Outside the cafeteria they have a sign hanging ‘Vegetarian Area’. When asked inside what veg options they have I was offered a tuna sandwich. After explaining I don’t eat tuna, the waiter responds with a long face that I am a vegan then. I explain I eat cheese, but she says she has nothing to offer… I see a cheese pizza and ask her what about the pizza? She then respond that ‘ah, yes, that would be your only option’. That much for a place that has a sign outside claiming it is a vegetarian friendly place? Okay…

I then ask for a cappuccino and receive a mug of milk with a dash of coffee. I guess a person working in a coffee shop does not know the difference between a coffee latte and a cappuccino….

During all this time the water serves me with a long face probably thinking I am a terribly hard customer to deal With because… I don’t eat meat, I guess.

The place has such a great potential as the inside garden and the interior is stunning, but the service and their marketing claims… not planning to return until there is some...

This place has potential, but my experience was unfortunately marred by a severe issue. There was a putrid odor emanating from the bathroom that permeated the entire café. The smell was so overwhelming it almost made me nauseous, making it impossible to enjoy my time there. I strongly believe this issue should be addressed and resolved before opening to the public. Cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere are crucial for a café, and I hope the management takes immediate action to rectify...

HEMOS QUERIDO DARLE OTRA OPORTUNIDAD😊 Esta vez muy bien 👍🌷

Hemos vuelto luego de un tiempo y esta vez en el turno de medio día, los camareros han sido muy amables y cuidadosos a la hora de atendernos y acompañarnos a la mesa. La chica con acento Argentino/Uruguayo en todo momento ha sido un encanto. El chico muy correcto y amable. MUCHAS GRACIAS 🙏🏻 CHICOS 💕

NOTA PARA EL O LOS DUEÑOS Cuando se elige el personal en una empresa , hay que cuidar elegir personas con calidad y cuidado, que sean aporte y más aún al ser del área hostelería. Como jefe tampoco se puede presionar ante una subida de clientes momentánea. Hay que ayudarles y no estorbar ya que los camareros se activan y por ende algunos no reaccionan bien. Un buen empleado atrae clientes y los cuida… un mal empleado hunde un negocio.

RESEÑA ANTERIOR DE HACE UN TIEMPO

Solia venir cuando estoy por Vilanova… Hoy he venido y ha sido un completo caos… muchísima espera, camareros sobrepasados, vajilla mal lavada y mal humor ante un mínimo reclamo por un vaso sucio. Una mujer mayor (supongo que la jefa) solo estaba por ahí sin hacer nada…

Ha sido una pena como se han enfadado 😡 por comentarles que un vaso estaba sucio y con agua de mal enjuagado… al decirle a la chica que me disculpara por reclamar por el vaso su respuesta fue “yo te lo he cambiado”. Penoso.
