The location is magnificent, in the Javea harbor amid luxury yachts with tables both outdoors and indoors with aircon. Service is impeccable and there is a full course menu or a la carte. The choice is wide and the starters excellent though in barely adequate quantities. Rice and paellas are available only for lunches except rice with lobster which is the norm in Spain. Excellent Albariño wine. The fish oven cooked in salt crust equally perfect. Disappointed by the overcooked tuna tataki which should be cooked on the outside but raw inside and this was simply too cooked though I am not sure if the waiter asked raw/medium/well done but even if I said medium, a chef must not give in to wrong customer requests, at least warn the customer. Fantastic! Our yacht club, the Costa Blanca Yacht Association (CBYA) has held regular club evenings here for many years. We were concerned when Twins took over in December 2018 but our first club dinner in the newly refurbished restaurant put our minds at rest. It was superb, the staff (many of whom remained from before when it was Nau Nau) looked after us very well, the food and service was excellent. The restaurant and bar area have been tastefully refurbished to create a stylish and informal atmosphere, while ample space for al fresco dining on the sunny terrace in front of the many boats completes the scene. A lovely setting,I have been to lunch with a friend a couple of times,and with a small group,also to dine with a large group of 60 plus, on every occasion the waiters were excellent, a friend in a wheelchair had no problems, there is a wide selection of food and a menu,as it is close to the fish market there are a lot of fish and rice dishes on offer.
