My partner and I ordered two ribeye steaks and although we were expecting there to be a bit of fat on them my partner’s steak was over 50% fat and he couldn’t eat it. (My steak was lovely and I had no issues.) When they collected our plates we let the waitress know about my partners steak and showed her this was the case. When the bill was brought we saw both steaks were still on the bill and not even a discount had been given. The restaurant refused to take my partner’s steak off the bill even though his steak was in edible because of how fatty it was. The manager was extremely rude & condescending. He interrupted us and said “Listen I don’t have time for this all the steaks are perfect” - insinuating we were lying. He was extremely patronising making it sound as if we didn’t understand anything about steaks and we were in the wrong. He eventually took my partner’s steak off the bill but it really ruined the entire experience. Shall not be recommending this...
Read moreThe restaurant looks great and has a really cool vibe with an amazing view. Unfortunately, I didn't have such a good experience with the service. The waitress was nice, but also somehow annoyed with additional questions. I asked her a few times if the food I was ordering had lactose and she assured me that there was none - so I went ahead and ordered the sushi plate. Unfortunately, she didn't check it properly, and one of the rolls had some sort of cream in it - I asked her again directly about the roll and she said that it was a cream but didn't have a lactose - it turned out that she was wrong. I am somehow glad that I am not allergic to it just intolerant, although need to deal with the consequences anyways a week after going there - sadly to say that although the restaurant has a really good location and a big potential, based on this experience it is not very customer focused and I wouldn't recommend it to people with food...
