We spent a month in Javea this year and found ourselves returning to Munay weekly because it was the best service of any restaurant in the area. Unassuming, yet vibrant atmosphere, we felt welcomed like we were eating at a friends home. The Columbian inspired food is delicious and we were delighted by dishes we wouldn’t normally order. You must try the the arepas, tacos, and goat cheese burger… but you won’t be disappointed with anything your order. We will look forward to coming back here the next time we are in Javea!...

We hired the whole restaurant recently for a memorial after the passing of my wife's mother. We had struggled to find a venue at short notice and Munay reached out after we asked for help on Facebook. From the moment we arrived ALL the staff were kind and compassionate to all 50 guests, they went above and beyond everything we hoped for. Just had the pleasure of eating here. Davis, the brother of one of the owners, served us. He was kind, attentive, friendly, and made great suggestions. The food was incredible! Everything I could ask for. Flavorful spicy, salty all of it! we enjoyed the shrimp, curry, the octopus appetizer, and then finished off with a passionfruit dessert. I’d love to come here again.
