What has happened to bread in Spain? This place looks to be a proper baker that has been trading for years. Indeed there looked to be a lovely selection of home made pastries on show and the rear of the place was open so that you can see 6 or 7 staff busy preparing everything on site. Should be good, but the bread is worse than a supermarket eurobagette. A dreadful dry sponge of nothing that disappears to mush in the mouth. I just don't understand why locals (who were there in number) accept this? We had some croissant which were OK so the two stars is for this. The bread gets zero...

La pastelería plan tiene solera en Xativa sus dulces son ala par deliciosos y artesanales una delicia para los sentidos ,no defraudan a nadie y encima de calidad buenos precios si vais a Xativa buscarla exquisiteces...
