Best quality tapas I’ve ever eaten, and in an absolutely gorgeous location.
This place is off the chart, although the fact that it has a Michelin star sort of tells you it should be before you go! The restaurant is associated with a group of villas, a spa and has its own deli. Clearly it was never going to be the cheapest, but we knew that when we booked a table. There are set price menus with pre planned courses. Book ahead as there were only 6 pods from my counting.
We went for the tapas menu, I have allergies which were accommodated with alternative choices with no fuss. The quality of the food was absolutely fabulous. Every dish offered something very different and all had the most amazing taste combinations. Honestly, I was blown away.
The location is visually stunning, a very unusual seat of sheltered pod / seating area (see the photos). I guess I’d relate it to a properly instagrammable place!
The staff were fantastic. I was trying my best to learn and speak Spanish and they accommodated by speaking very clearly so I understood, very patient and their attention to detail was excellent. All service was very prompt although there was no rush to finish up. We had the table for just over 2 hours. Could have stayed for 4!!!

What made our experience even more enjoyable was the top service. The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive without being intrusive. They seemed to care about our dining experience, ensuring that everything from our seating to our meal pacing was perfect.
The drinks menu deserves a special mention too. The cocktails are inventive and well-crafted, and the wine selection complements the menu wonderfully. Whether you prefer a creative cocktail or a fine wine, there’s something here to suit your taste.
Overall, this bistro is a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy a great meal in a beautiful setting. It’s a place where the food, view, and service come together perfectly to create a memorable...

My recent visit to this charming bistro with ocean view was above expectation. We opted for the tapas menu sitting outside in the caves that offers a breathtaking view over the ocean.
The food here was a true surprise. It is the first time, I am having a tapas menu in a Michelin star restaurant. Each dish we tried was delicious and presented with professionalism. The mix of flavors emphases the quality of the ingredients - I appreciated the use of some rare local fishes. The Peto ahumado and Gambas al ajillo have been my favorite tapas.
Coming to the service, here everything is top! The staff were attentive without being too much and explained every dish and the story behind. to our meal pacing was perfect.
