On our way to Caceres we had lunch at Yemayá in the lovely center of Zafra. The kind staff made sure all was well for us. Me lo recomendaron como un lugar de referencia de la comida cubana en Extremadura; pero la referencia venia de muy cerca y tuve mis dudas; disipadas todas; disentí de la típica " BUEN TRATO", porque lo que se siente va mas allá, tiene que ver con las palabras EMPATIA, AGRADABLE, SETNIRSE EN CONFIANZA como en casa. Por otro lado, no es un lugar simplemente donde los cubanos pueden matar la nostalgia culinaria, lo que me sorprendió fue la compatibilidad de los platos típicos de Cuba, con los sabores de la comida extremeña.
