Lizarran — Restaurant in Zaragoza

Great place for unique tapas. This is part of a chain of restaurants all around Spain. They are very good with a very large selection of their own type of tapas. Most are served "open faced" on a slice of good bread. They have both hot and cold food with a constant variety placed on the bar every few minutes. They have a unique self service style. You get a plate and serve yourself from the service area. Each one has a skewer, long or short and when you finish you are charged by skewer size and how many. I love this place and am never disappointed...

Lizarran is a self service tapas bar. The tapas are displayed on the counter, and you choose what you want. They are served with different sized skewers, which you keep on your plate as the size of the skewer denotes the price. Hoy, después de solicitar en 2 ocasiones que nos tomarán nota en las mesas altas de la entrada, y diciendo por parte de dos empleados distintos que acudían cuanto pudiesen, a los 40 minutos de ninguneo absoluto, mientras veíamos a ambos camareros en la barra, hablando entre ellos y mirando hacia donde estábamos, nos hemos levantado, y por vergüenza torera y con gran desgana, hemos pagado los 3 pinchos que se han comido mis hijos por el hambre que llevaban y el ninguneo en el servicio, me dice una tercera empleada, que dichas mesas son para menús........
