It is not just another place where you can have a coffee, have breakfast or buy some bread. This is totally different to anything you can find in Zarautz. Having a coffee served by Johnny is a different experience. This means enjoying the coffee with calm, tasting every detail the coffee gives to you, just like every coffee should be taken. I've been to Native Cafe on numerous occasions and Jonny never fails to deliver. He's always changing things up and keeping it fresh and new. He'll even whip something up just for you if you're not into what's he's posted. From fresh baked cookies to egg and cheese bagels, he's got it. And he's even started offering calzones with a nice choice of local craft beers to go with them. But when you come to Native Cafe, you've got to have a cup o' joe because this guy know his coffee! We found this great little place tucked away in the indoor market along one of Zarautz’ smart and busy streets. The owner was really friendly and prepared our vegan breakfast with care, collecting fresh fruit from one of the market stalls nearby. On his return he spoke enthusiastically about the coffees on his menu, as an award winning barista we were impressed with his knowledge, and his recommended coffee was just what we needed to prepare ourselves for our long trip home.
