This place wins an award! We have been traveling in Spain over 4 weeks. Without any competition, THE WORST POSSIBLE PLACE TO EAT IN SPAIN. Hostile waiters/servers. If you are Canadian(or American presumably) AVOID at all costs. Better, friendlier options 1 minute walk further. Unbelievable.... we speak fluent Spanish.... everywhere else in Spain has been so wonderful. I wouldn't let my dog have the scraps from this place. Sábado 17 julio 2021, Zarauz a reventar de gente y el malecon hasta los topes y tras tomar algo en otra terraza de las de la zona de Lecera nos acercamos a La Perla , sabiendo que estaria de bote en bote, a ver si nos daban de cenar sin haber reservado. Nos avisó la encargada/ dueña de que en 15 minuticos tendríamos mesa para 5 y asi fue.Bueja mesa en la terraza y cenamos como siempre muy bien : pedimos par de platos al centro para compartir y de segundos cada cual lo que quiso...hamburguesa,lasaña casera, sandwich,...2 cerveza ,3 de agua y cafe y salimos muy a gusto a un precio fabuloso!! en pleno malecon de Zarauz un sábado de verano!! La Perla es uno de los de ZARAUZ DE TODA LA VIDA con la misma familia al frente y saben muy bien hacer su trabajo y ofrecer buen servicio y Calidad a locales y turistas.Merece una visita y más y repetir!! cada vez que vamos en verano desde Pamplona vamos a La Perla al menos 3 dias en una semana bien a comer o cenar y tomar algo .
