Definitely deserve five stars. The food was absolutely delicious. It is authentic and the spiciness is just as requested. Rice is served always along with the meals. The place is quite cozy and very traditionally decorated. Even the music was good. Service was perfect and the employees are friendly, patient and kind. The only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't much light in that place and this hurt my eyes. But I'm pretty sure it's just me as many people like this atmosphere. Prices are average considering the good quality of the food. I ordered the Butter chicken and would say that it was flawless. All the people in my company agreed to their respective dishes. I had absolutely worst experience. The chicken tandoor was too dry because it was not fresh and smelly. The gravy chicken was not good as well. The bar menu is very unclear it’s just whiskey, rum and etc. On top of that you have to go to reception to see what alcohol is available. We order some mocktails and we were told that its not available, same with cocktails. The service was even worse, not welcoming. Too much delay, forgotten orders and so on. The location of the toilet is very central so you cant avoid sitting near to it which personally i dont like. No place for strollers, had to keep it outside.

The restaurant was absolutely empty on a weekday during lunch time. So, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to order take away. To my surprise, the quantity was different from the previous time (ordered through foodora) and it looked like leftover food. The Naan was not warm and the Chicken Kadai was very watery. The chicken and rice was cooked completely and that's the only reason for the one star. Sadly, I wouldn't go back here again and wouldn't recommend the restaurant as there are other Indian restaurants in the area which serve better food, quality and...
