This restaurant is a hidden gem in Kalmar! It was so good we went to eat there twice in 3 days ! Authentic korean food, lots of vegetarian options and the kimbap was 😍! The people managing the restaurant were also adorable. If you are in Kalmar and look for delicious food without paying a fortune, this is your spot!

Meat in a vegetarian kimchi jigae. Tastes nothing like in Seoul, was more like a normal Swedish vegetable broth with some chili. Really missed the gochujang taste. My friends bulgogi was more like a "korean-fied" wook with lettuce and tomato, could have been for 90kr instead of 159kr.

Spännande koreanskt kök med vällagade traditionella rätter. Sydkoreas mest populära rätt Bibimbab bjuder på en balanserad styrka där smakerna får leva ut och stå på egna ben. Udongsoppan beställer vi en starkare version av och slås av att kocken bytt ut färsk chili mot chilipulver. Som tur är smakar soppan fortfarande bra, även om nudlarna är lite överkokta för vår smak. I ölsortimentet finner vi både japanska Sapporo och tjeckiska Staropramen så där blir det godkänt. Väntetiden på maten är 5-10 min och vi bjuds på misosoppa medan vi väntar. Bemötandet är trevligt och lokalen ren. Vad svensk hitlistemusik från forna tider gör i högtalarna blir vi däremot inte kloka på. Byt till diskret musik som passar matens ursprung är ni snälla. På det hela en väldigt trevlig upplevelse med potential att förbättras en aning.

The 'Ramen' tastes and looks like it comes straight from a cheap package like u get at the supermarket (as many people before me have observed). The 'vegetables' were exactly like the unidentifiable small dried crumbs that are typically included in such a package. Comes with a pathetic piece of cooked chicken. They probably bought this at the supermarket for 20 SEK, and sell it for 120 SEK, indeed that's a good margin....

I love this restaurant! My boyfriend and I are eating here once every week. I also brought my parents, they are French and love Asian food, they love eating here now! I also traveled to South Korea, feel like I am eating there. The owner is so kind, such a lovely person, thank you...
