Used to be quite fond of the service but the past year it has really nose dived. Some of the baristas are clearly over worked and doing their best. The food has also taken a turn for the worse: quality is just down. Lactos free alternatives are also really not appealing: for example they seem to put lactos free cream into some sort of air tank and squeeze it out, which means it holds shape for a couple of seconds and then turns into a soggy mess that tastes sour. It's sometimes the quicker interactions that can be the most amazing ones as a customer 👍 Popped in for a coffee after a dinner out and was greeted by a warm, genuine, smiling barrister. Im really sorry I don't remember your name. I think you had a badge that said "new star" on. Maybe nee employee?

Anyhow - this person made me feel welcome and engaged in a light hearted discussion over size of coffee cup and how much milk i like in my coffee.

I left the shop with a smile on my face!

Please don't stop working in the service industry! We need people...

On our trip to őland we had a coffee here. Trendy coffee shop with nice pasteries. Huge mug of coffee... Nice seat outside and very nice environment... yes a bit pricey but everything in Sweden is expensive.

However at 3 pm exactly we were told to leave at an unfriendly manner....
