Krögers — Restaurant in Kalmar kommun

How to describe my experience on Krögers. Well has a high attendance of locals even though people don't have so much options to go. The service is awful, took almost 1 hour to got service, and we did not understand why it took so long time to get simple drinks on. The only information that we got was that the kitchen was closed, even though tables around were getting some snacks. After 40 minutes, I called a girl that had informed that the system was down and the order may not have got through. She told us that everything should be ordered by the bar app (So if you don't have a full charged phone, you get nothing). The overpriced drinks have not so much options since you can count in the fingers. So I recommend don't ask for a margherita, it is not worth it at all. The service is so bad that some of the customs were going to the bar to pick up the drinks. Oh! It is good to point out that the first guy that came to pick up the order on the table vanished...

The worst and one of the most expensive vegan hamburgers I ate in my life(and I have tried many)! I have received a hamburger with a bread that was hard like stone, I literally could not bite in it because it was clearly so dry and not edible. When I pointed this out to the staff, they didn’t want to help first, saying that this is the only bread which doesn’t contain milk. After I insisted on getting new bread, they brought out ONLY a bread. Needless to say, when I put all the stuff in the new bread, everything was dry and cold as the dry and unedible bread has soaked in the ketchup etc. This is unacceptable especially for nearly 300SEK!! Moreover, the service was awful and nobody seemed to care about anything. We have asked for water 5 times before we finally received it. Despite this, the staff was behaving like they are doing a favour. The restaurant is nice but the experience was catastrophic which affected my graduating celebration...
